1. Eligibility for Replacement

We provide replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product compared to what was ordered.

2. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@herbalheight.com or 9009990882.

  2. Provide your order number, invoice, and clear photos or videos of the product issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Once approved, we will dispatch a replacement product within 3–5 business days.

3. Non-Eligibility

Your request will not be accepted if:

  • The product seal is broken or the product has been opened.

  • The product has been used or altered.

  • The claim is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product was purchased during clearance or special sales (non-returnable items).

Please note that refunds are not provided once a product is sold. Only replacement is applicable.
